I remembered like at the end of 2006 I've discovered Antic Cafe and their 'nyappy' music and they were :3 so cute and sweet like a bunch of candies~!! They are the pinnacle of uber cuteness!!! And it was rather sad when I found out that Bou left the band in the middle of last year due to personal reasons since I checked out the band because he's just uber cute (>.<) vain is me... :P but checking them out was worth it as their songs are a bunch of happy cracks that light up some of the solemn moments I've encountered during that period (not mentioning the story here~)
So first, I watched their kinda new PV, Kakusei Heroism ~The Hero Without A Name~... Their new guitarist, Takuya, is not bad but... Still not Bou... They got themselves a keyboardist too, Yuuki, who's so.... Ghey XP (sunglasses+hat+MAJOR BLONDE CURLY HAIR OMG~!!!) Just weird to not see the white-haired guitarist that was almost always made to wear girls outfit and the one the whole band loves to tease... I want Bou...
So I first checked out the personal speeches made by the bands, surprisingly in backwards of order... Bou was smiling when he talked, not showing tears before patting Miku who was crouching in front of the drumset to start the encore. Then Miku... The poor boy took a whole minute just to gain composure to start talking. Kanon was surprisingly... Kind in the face, breaking down here and there... He always looked like the bad-ass in the band, sticking up his middle finger in photoshoots and all. He just talked, breaking down here and there. Then Teruki... Howh~ He had his face covered from the spotlight by resting his arm on the mic stand and lowering his head, with additional help from the bang of hair falling before his face (one reason why I like having long bangs! X3), he talked very slow and solemnly. During his three bandmates talking, Bou was crouching at one place, listening and breaking into tears from time to time... And the fans there... Like duh they were crying! And they shouted support to the band members when they were breaking down... I don't understand a hell of a word so I was like "Aww~~" on some parts (I was touched... HELL!!!)
Then I found the subbed version of the speeches. Teruki was really baring his feelings, especially when he said that he was sad and rather angered at Bou's decision thinking like they worked hard and promised to play together at Nippon Budokan... But he said that Bou was an important person so he'd treasure the memories and telling Bou not to forget him too. He too mentioned that Bou must bearing it the hardest as the live was his last and all. Then he passed it to Kanon. Kanon when he wanted to talk on how he met Bou, he broke down a little but quick to gain composure as the crowd shouts their support. He talked of how he used to be shy, lived alone and Bou would come by whenever he felt lonely, going out and talking which made both him and Bou broke down. During that time, Teruki helds his head low behind his drumset. Kanon wished that Bou could be by him always... He mentioned while smiling of an incident when the two were strolling at a beach in Nagoya under starry sky that he said "because the earth and the place called Japan is in this huge universe it's uh, amazing that we were able to meet" (shuu~weet~~!~~!!!). Then he talked of when Bou wanted to quit. he was disbelieved and wanted to quit too but Bou didn't let him do so, telling him that he can't, not until An Cafe reached Nippon Budokan and he said that they would and Bou would be in the VIP seat when they get there (T_T Kanon is uber shuu~weet~~~). Then Miku, who took 1 minute to gain composure. He tried in between to start but ended up fighting the urge to break down. It's obvious by then that the whole band just loved Bou and was very sad to see him leave. Miku mentioned how close Bou was to him and thinking that he was leaving was so sad to him as he had lots of fond memories of him. When Bou said of leaving, Bou tried to consolidate him by mentioning that other bands go through the phase too and when Miku wanted to leav too, Bou bought him beer (-_-; wth?). He mentioned of how Bou'd send him home and talk to him in the train after a long days' work. He'd never forget Bou's kindness, being the only person who'd never forget his birthday and send text & present. It was so kind and he thanked him while controlling himself (he was kinda like Teruki, hiding his face and stuff by then). Then was Bou... He walked pass Kanon and gave him a smile. His eyes were kinda puffy by then. He then took the mic off the stand and he introduced himself, "I'm Bou, guitarist of Antic Cafe". He stopped and looked at the crowd, walking a little (Miku was crouching, facing the drumset the whole time). He said that he was very happy to be a part of An Cafe, playing guitar for the band... Nothing could make him happier. He turned to his bandmate, bowed a little and thanked them. He then looked around at the audience and said this (really touchy to me T_T) "I think that even the people who couldn't come are here with everyone together... In order to be happy, All you need is to feel that if you look up at the sky, the people who are not with you can hear your voice... Your voice will reach them... Please tell them how you feel" T_T he said that he was happy to be in a band with talented people and the said his thanks again. He then went to console Miku to start on with the encore and the look on his face when the staff hands him his guitar... He was smiling~~ T_T
Miku said "The 4 of us believe that when you meet by chance in this world, it is a miracle" he even said that before, he sang for the fans but for the next song, he sang for Bou. He asked the crowd to sing along so it'll reach the fans that were not there. First was "Meguriaetai Kiseki" (The Miracle of Meeting by Chance) which was followed by "Bonds ~Kizuna~" which was a very upbeat song but even the upbeatness of the song, the band members can't help on being rather emotional. What was more ironic is the lyric to the song kinda lambasting Bou's action but the song had kinda been their theme song... It was sad to see the end... With Bou looking out to the crowd, Miku laid flat on the floor, Kanon, crouched, then sat, pulling at his hair, Teruki came down and consoled him... And at the end of the DVD, Bou was hugging crying Miku and there was inscription "THANK
The performance is so moving that I just have to put it here. They're subbed so don't worry about not understanding... And yes, Bou is the white-haired guitar holding dude WITH A SKIRT (I fail with skirts >.<):
Okay, now back to studying (sok midsem, bengong! >:P)
